- We also undertake all kinds of joinery works like kitchen cupboards, furniture etc.
- We also undertake Gypsum work, carpet work, Epoxy Painting, Normal Painting, Rubber Flooring.
- We also undertake Civil work, Color Concrete, Stamp Concrete, Glass partition and so forth.

Key Responsibilities
Estimator: Prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze blueprints, and manage tender documents to ensure project profitability.
Site Engineer: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensure technical compliance, and manage workforce productivity according to project timelines.
Draftsman: Create detailed technical drawings and structural plans using CAD software, ensuring all designs meet UAE regulatory standards.
Project Engineer: Coordinate all technical activities, manage project schedules, and act as the primary link between the design team and on-site execution.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the UAE is mandatory for all positions.
Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UAE building codes, local authority regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.), and market standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or Estimation software) based on the specific role.
Communication: Strong command of English; ability to lead teams and coordinate with consultants/subcontractors.
Availability: Candidates who can join on short notice will be given priority.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
المقدر: إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف، تحليل المخططات، وإدارة وثائق العطاءات لضمان ربحية المشروع.
مهندس الموقع: الإشراف على العمليات الميدانية اليومية، ضمان الامتثال الفني، وإدارة إنتاجية القوى العاملة وفقاً للجداول الزمنية.
الرسام الهندسي: إنشاء رسومات فنية تفصيلية وخطط إنشائية باستخدام برامج الـ CAD، مع ضمان استيفاء التصاميم لمعايير الإمارات.
مهندس المشروع: تنسيق جميع الأنشطة الفنية، إدارة جداول المشروع، والعمل كحلقة وصل أساسية بين فريق التصميم والتنفيذ الميداني.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (شرط إلزامي لجميع الوظائف).
المعرفة: إلمام تام بقوانين البناء المحلية، ولوائح الجهات الرسمية (بلدية دبي، تراخيص، إلخ)، ومعايير السوق.
المهارات التقنية: إجادة البرامج ذات الصلة (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) حسب التخصص.
التواصل: مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ والقدرة على تنسيق العمل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين الباطن.
