Employees Benefits & Insurance Manager
Project Management and Governance:

Manage cross-functional projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure governance and documentation of all benefits policies and procedures in collaboration with the Policies team.

Review and update Intranet content for alignment with published policies and procedures.

Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree or certification in Employee Benefit Insurance is a plus.

Insurance Officer (UAE National Only)
Claims Coordination:

Facilitate insurance claim processing by gathering necessary documents and liaising with insurance providers.

Follow up with insurance brokers/companies for payment receivables and with third parties for settlement of subrogation claims.

Maintain accurate records of claims and provide regular updates.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
-
3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or administrative roles.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Criteria A:

Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time.

Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA.

رخصة ATPL غير محدودة أو ATPL مجمدة صالحة من دولة عضو في ICAO.

شهادة طبية من الدرجة 1 غير محدودة وسارية.
