1. CAD Technician – Digital Delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Civil & Survey Engineering, Geomatics Engineering or related curriculum (or equivalent) and typically 6+ years of related experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM and GIS engineering roles.
• Proficiency in BIM Software: Mastery of BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk MAP,

2. Inspector – Material (Roads)

Job Duties

• Inspect site conditions prior to start of construction activities. Verify the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works.
• Check for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
• Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings to RE.
• Check that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies to the RE.
• Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals
• Prepare daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc perform all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
• Observe site safety practices and the progress of the work. Report any concerns to the RE.
• Assists with the inspection of completed works. Help prepare punch lists. Monitor the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
• Review RFIs received from Contractor (s) and make recommendations on resolution.
• Review any requests for variance received from Contractors and provide comments as to entitlement and recommendations on resolution.
• Able to read working drawings and related specifications; be able to enforce these specifications and produce relevant reports.

3. Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, making adjustments to plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and apply applicable codes, standards, and project documents to civil works specific to STP projects (e.g., tanks, pipe galleries, aeration basins, channels, etc.).
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify that civil works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Monitor excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and finishing for STP-related structures.
• Verify alignments, levels, and dimensions of pipelines, chambers, manholes, and process units.
• Ensure contractor compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved quality control procedures for infrastructure and STP facilities.
• Record and report daily manpower, equipment, and material deliveries used on-site.
• Supervise the execution of waterproofing, concrete curing, coating works, and other STP-specific civil components.
• Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) and Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) in issuing site instructions and verifying contractor responses.
• Coordinate with the contractor to resolve civil works issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily inspection reports including observations, testing updates, progress, and safety findings.
• Support measurement checks and surveying of pipe routes, levels, and structural tolerances.
• Monitor and support the testing, commissioning, and handover stages of civil STP works, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Assist in reviewing and responding to RFIs and variance requests related to civil components.
• Coordinate with the client’s representatives during inspections and prepare required documentation.

5. Associate Director – Electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
