HSE Officer
Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site regulations
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
Identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken
Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and recommending preventive measures
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site workers and staff
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records
Heavy Vehicle Driver

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver goods via a heavy vehicle
Drive heavy trucks (Astra, IVECO, etc.) within the UAE
Job Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma and commercial driver’s license
Experience: 3-5 years experience driving heavy vehicles
Key Attributes: knowledge of truck and equipment safety, knowledge of water, sewer, and garbage truck and equipment operation, knowledge of water delivery procedures, knowledge of scheduling systems and procedures, ability to drive long distances
Administrative Assistant | UAE National | Dubai
Qualifications & Certifications & Experience (mandatory & preferred)
High School or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Services, or Real Estate
0–1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management, real estate, or facilities management
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, MRI) is an advantage
Strong typing, data entry, and document formatting skills
Basic knowledge of lease terms, tenant relations, and property workflows

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum Experience
3-5 years of relevant UAE experience in the joinery and fit-out industry
UAE Driving license is advantageous
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Proficiency in construction codes, standards, and regulations
Strong command of quality control and quality assurance processes
In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Competence in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Familiarity with testing and inspection procedures for construction materials and systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are advantageous
Proficiency in using QA/QC software and tools
