1. Aquatics Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries for aquarium services and advising customers on products & livestock.
- Placing and booking service orders, and assigning relevant teams to carry out the duty.
- Preparing customer contracts to secure their long-term business.
- Organising the rota for maintenance staff, making sure all appointments are visited in their assigned time slots.
- Achieve Monthly revenue targets by pushing Services and upselling products to customers.
- Prepare customer invoices for both aquarium services and products, posting on ERP on-time.
- Maintain consistent collection of receivables, via cash, card or online payment link, ensuring. the finance department is informed of all transactions.
- Create and receive transfer orders for products from both the warehouse and store teams.
- Arrange permits for necessary maintenance appointments.
- Check and maintain staff leave records, and submit to HR department.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with required consumables prior to visits.
2. Veterinary Doctor
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UAE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in small animal practice
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Knowledge of animal health laws and best practices
- Proficiency in medical recordkeeping and use of veterinary software
- Willingness to grow and provide international quality veterinary care
3. Veterinary Nurse
Requirements
- Certification of either of the following veterinary nursing, or animal science, or veterinary Science.
- Achieved in-house by completion of Level 2 Nursing manual.
- Minimum [1-2] years of clinical experience (new graduates may be considered).
- Proficiency in clinical skills including anaesthesia monitoring, wound care, and diagnostics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts.

- مهارات قوية في التشخيص والجراحة
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت الضغط
- معرفة قوانين صحة الحيوان وأفضل الممارسات
- الكفاءة في حفظ السجلات الطبية واستخدام برامج الطب البيطري

3. ممرضة بيطرية
متطلبات
- شهادة في أحد التخصصات التالية: التمريض البيطري، أو علوم الحيوان، أو علوم الطب البيطري.
- تم تحقيقه داخليًا من خلال إكمال دليل التمريض المستوى 2.
- - خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن [1-2] سنة (يمكن النظر في الخريجين الجدد).
- الكفاءة في المهارات السريرية بما في ذلك مراقبة التخدير والعناية بالجروح والتشخيص.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي مع سلوك هادئ ومتعاطف.
