Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct timely OT assessments, treatment plans, and documentation for inpatients and outpatients.
Deliver evidence-based interventions including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), functional mobility, cognitive & perceptual training, sensory-motor therapy, vocational rehabilitation, and school readiness programs.
Set measurable long- and short-term goals with patients and caregivers; monitor progress through reassessment.
Provide discharge planning and patient/family education, including home programs.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, daily huddles, and provide comprehensive clinical handovers.
Prescribe, manage, and ensure safe use of therapy equipment and supplies.
Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities (DOH, JCIA, CARF, Magnet®).
Mentor and support staff training, orientation, and competency assessments.
Maintain infection control, patient safety, and adhere to facility policies.
Provide home-based OT as required and demonstrate competency with OT equipment.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
- National license & DOH eligibility.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of OT clinical experience.
- English proficiency.

المؤهلات: • درجة البكالوريوس في العلاج الوظيفي.
- الترخيص الوطني والأهلية لدى وزارة الصحة.
- شهادة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي الأساسي (BLS).
- خبرة سريرية في العلاج الوظيفي لا تقل عن سنتين.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
