Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO)

About the job:

The DPO is a Junior DP watchstander who trains under the supervision of the Senior DPO. Responsible for maintaining the vessel on station for operations, monitoring position while underway, and continuously supervising all systems critical for DP operations. Serves as Navigational Watch Officer when relieved from DP duty and maintains communication with rig floor, ROV, and Engine control room. Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation preferred.
1+ years of experience on DP vessels and industrial marine environments.
Unlimited DPO certificate issued by the Nautical Institute.
USCG Unlimited Tonnage Any Oceans Third Mate's License, or equivalent.
Completion of all required training for the position.
Proficient in office applications, dynamic positioning control systems, and other position-specific systems.

Assistant Subsea Engineer

About the job:

Responsible for maintenance and repair of BOP stacks, control and support systems, hydraulic and mechanical components. Monitors subsea systems operations and performs troubleshooting and repairs as necessary. Ensures safety and environmental compliance. Works closely with Section Leaders to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of related experience in hydraulics and fluid system maintenance.
Knowledge of BOPs, control systems, riser tensioners, CMC functions, wellhead equipment, and running tools.
Ability to perform accurate calculations for riser runs and tensioners.
Completion of all required training for the position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Performance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting:

Make on-site observations and recordings during operations.
Record actual hours, non-productive time (NPT), and invisible lost time (ILT).
Update KPIs like the drilling curve and weekly NPT/ILT graphs.
Use performance monitoring systems to identify and implement improvements.
Assist with improvement of IADC reporting details and KPI consistency.

Continuous Improvement and LEAN Application:

Implement LEAN principles and PDSA cycle for operational improvement.
Facilitate after action reviews (AARs), pre-phase meetings, and lessons learned sessions.
Centralize all AARs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement documentation.

Electronic Technician – Subsea

Qualifications:

Recognized trade qualification from technical college/apprenticeship or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of documented experience as an Electronics Technician on a MODU.
Completion of all required training for the position.
Flag State Maintenance Supervisor license if working on DP Semi-submersibles.
Superior troubleshooting skills and techniques.
Complete understanding and use of the Noble Maintenance System.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups, resolve conflicts, and support operational objectives.

عن الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن صيانة وإصلاح مكونات BOP وأنظمة التحكم والدعم والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية، ومراقبة جميع أنظمة المنصة تحت الماء والتوجيه في عمليات استكشاف الأعطال والإصلاح. يلتزم بمعايير السلامة والامتثال البيئي، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع قادة الأقسام لضمان تلبية أنظمة تحت الماء لمتطلبات العمليات.

المؤهلات:

شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في صيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والسوائل، ومعرفة متقدمة بأنظمة BOP وأنظمة التحكم، ووظائف الرصيف وأدوات تشغيل الرأس البئر.
القدرة على إجراء حسابات دقيقة لمسارات الرصيف ومشدات الأعمدة.
إتمام جميع متطلبات التدريب للوظيفة في الوقت المحدد.
مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.

قائد الأداء (Performance Lead)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراقبة الأداء والتحليل والتقارير:

إجراء ملاحظات وتسجيلات ميدانية أثناء العمليات.
متابعة ساعات العمل الفعلية، الوقت غير الإنتاجي (NPT)، والوقت الضائع غير المرئي (ILT).
تحديث ونشر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل منحنى الحفر والرسوم البيانية الأسبوعية لـ NPT و ILT.
استخدام أنظمة مراقبة الأداء لتحديد فرص التحسين وتطويرها.

المؤهلات:

شهادة مهنية معترف بها من كلية فنية/تدريب مهني أو ما يعادلها (يفضل).
خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر موثقة كفني إلكترونيات على منصات MODU.
إتمام جميع متطلبات التدريب الخاصة بالوظيفة في الوقت المحدد.
إذا كان العمل على منصات نصف غاطسة DP، يتطلب رخصة مشرف صيانة الدولة المالكة للسفينة.
مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
معرفة كاملة باستخدام نظام Noble للصيانة.
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على تدريب وتحفيز وتوجيه الآخرين لتطوير مهاراتهم ومعرفتهم.
