About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to support our Finance Team in managing day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for building a strong foundation for a career in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain and update financial records and databases accurately
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow
Assist with budget tracking and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors as required
Manage filing and record-keeping for all finance department documents
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support the finance team
