Job Summary (Commis - Salads)
Responsibility: The Commis – Salads is responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting fresh salads, cold appetizers, and related dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
Supporting Tasks: This role supports the Chef de Partie by:
Handling mise en place.
Washing and cutting vegetables.
Preparing dressings.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salad station.

🛒 Associate - Purchasing Opportunity at Kitopi
Job Summary
As the Associate - Purchasing, you will assist in the purchase of materials and supplies and ensure that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in Contract Negotiations and manage inventory. You will be responsible for reviewing costs, develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, offer suggestions for where and how much material and supplies to buy.
🎯 What You'll Do (Key Duties)
Evaluate and buy raw materials, products, and services while creating strategies to cut costs and meet company objectives.
Draw up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies maintaining the quality and consistency of Kitopi.
Manage contracts with company’s vendors to ensure best prices, negotiate supplier agreements and contracts.
Supervise the entire budget estimation and sourcing operations and assist in regional sourcing and data analysis.
Maintain excellent communication with all the business stakeholders.
