Requirements

Architect: Professional expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and architectural visualization.
Draftsman: Strong technical drafting skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
QS (Quantity Surveyor): Strong analytical skills with experience in cost management and construction contracts.
Secretary/Accountant: Relevant degree or certification with proficiency in MS Office and specialized financial software.

المسؤوليات

السكرتارية: تنسيق الأنشطة المكتبية، إدارة المراسلات، وتقديم الدعم الإداري الأساسي لفريق الإدارة.
المتطلبات
مهندس مدني: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة ميدانية تتراوح بين 1-3 سنوات.
معماري: خبرة احترافية في برنامج AutoCAD، برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد، والإظهار المعماري.
رسام هندسي: مهارات تقنية قوية في الرسم الهندسي وإتقان برامج التصميم القياسية.
حاسب كميات (QS): مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة التكاليف وعقود الإنشاءات.
السكرتارية/المحاسب: مؤهل علمي أو شهادة ذات صلة مع إتقان برامج MS Office والبرامج المالية المتخصصة.
