Required jobs in Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Company and their details:

1. CL Warehousing Operator (Blue Collar)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all duties assigned are carried out according to the policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
• Perform picking, packing and packaging and / shrink wrapping of orders as per the standards stipulated
• Prepare and complete delivery documentation: tally sheets, goods receipt notes (GRNs) and delivery advice as may be assigned from time to time
• Ensure that goods are handled into, within and out of the warehouse in a manner which will not cause damage to the goods, to the warehouse or to the delivery vehicles
• Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times through regular housekeeping
• Report any misconduct by contractors / drivers on site immediately
• Uphold the image of the company at all times
• Ensure that adequate safety equipment and uniform is being worn at all times when in the warehouse and / or yard
• Report any and all accidents / incidents / damages or near accidents / incidents / damages immediately to the WIC / warehouse snr. supervisor
• Conduct stock checks and reconciliations as may be required from time to time
• Must be willing to work overtime from time to time as may be required
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time

2. CL Warehousing Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Acts systematically and defines priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones.
• Is able to foresee future challenges for the operations (e.g. Seasonality) and proactively plan solutions.
• Be able to link KPI performance to financial impact.
• Able to give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback.
• Succession planning
• Coaching & Guidance
• Takes effective decisions timely and autonomously.
• Support the HR department on recruitment for the operations.
• In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your manager.

1.  عامل مستودع (عمال يدويون)

المسؤوليات

• التأكد من تنفيذ جميع المهام الموكلة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات التي تحددها الشركة.
• تنفيذ عمليات انتقاء وتعبئة وتغليف الطلبات، بما في ذلك التغليف الحراري، وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.
• إعداد واستكمال وثائق التسليم: قوائم الجرد، وإشعارات استلام البضائع، وإشعارات التسليم حسب ما يتم تكليفه من وقت لآخر.
• يجب التأكد من مناولة البضائع داخل المستودع وخارجه بطريقة لا تتسبب في تلف البضائع أو المستودع أو مركبات التوصيل.
• تأكد من الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المستودع في جميع الأوقات من خلال التنظيف المنتظم.
• أبلغ فوراً عن أي سوء سلوك من جانب المقاولين / السائقين في الموقع
• حافظ على صورة الشركة في جميع الأوقات
• تأكد من ارتداء معدات السلامة والزي الرسمي المناسبين في جميع الأوقات عند التواجد في المستودع و/أو الساحة
• يُرجى الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي حوادث أو أضرار أو شبه حوادث أو أضرار إلى مشرف المستودع الرئيسي.
• إجراء عمليات جرد ومطابقة المخزون حسب الحاجة من وقت لآخر
• يجب أن يكون المتقدم على استعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية من وقت لآخر حسب الحاجة.
• القيام بمهام أخرى طارئة حسب الحاجة من وقت لآخر

2.  قائد فريق التخزين CL

المسؤوليات

• يتصرف بشكل منهجي ويحدد الأولويات لإنجاز المهام وفقًا لجدول زمني وميزانية مع تحديد المعالم الرئيسية.
• يستطيع التنبؤ بالتحديات المستقبلية للعمليات (مثل الموسمية) والتخطيط الاستباقي للحلول.
• القدرة على ربط أداء مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية بالأثر المالي.
• قادر على تقديم وتلقي الملاحظات الإيجابية والبناءة المناسبة.
• التخطيط لخلافة المناصب
• التدريب والتوجيه
• يتخذ قرارات فعالة في الوقت المناسب وبشكل مستقل.
• تقديم الدعم لقسم الموارد البشرية في عمليات التوظيف.
