Event Coordinator - Abu Dhabi (Freelancer)

About Candlelight:

Candlelight, produced by Fever Originals, offers classical music concerts in intimate candlelit venues. Since 2019, these events have been taking place in several cities around the world, with the aim of democratising classical music.

Job description:

We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in UAE. This role involves full event management, mainly at weekends.

Responsibilities:

On-site concert coordination (pre-production and production).

Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).

Managing institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations).

Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience.

Digital Content Creator

About You:

Proven experience in working on professional-quality scripted and unscripted video (showreel and portfolio of previous work, or any relevant social media links accepted as well)

Bachelor’s degree or similar in Film, Design, Communication or related field

Confidence in writing video copy/scripts

Social media content creation skills are a huge plus (anything from TikTok/Reels to YouTube)

Keen interest in latest trends in social media and digital video platforms

Ability to work independently with a team

Willingness to work outside office hours and tight deadlines when necessary

Passionate about city life and the topics we cover

Excellent understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content shareable online

A can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and sees things through to completion

Sales Executive (Freelance)

About You:

2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English. Arabic is a plus.

Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.

Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.

Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

نبحث عن منسق فعاليات مستقل لإدارة حفلات Candlelight في الإمارات. يشمل الدور إدارة كاملة للفعاليات، خاصة في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

المسؤوليات:

تنسيق الحفلات الموسيقية في الموقع (قبل الإنتاج وأثناءه).
الإشراف على الفرق (حتى 15 شخصًا) ومزودي الخدمة (حتى 10 شركات).
إدارة العلاقات المؤسسية (السلطات المحلية، الشركات، الجمعيات).
ضمان تجربة سلسة للجمهور.

المتطلبات:

خبرة مثبتة في العمل على فيديوهات مكتوبة أو غير مكتوبة بجودة احترافية (مع تقديم معرض أعمال أو روابط وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ذات الصلة).
