Crew Training Planner

Accountabilities

Responsible for maintaining all flight and cabin crew training planned events in the live crew roster during any unknown disruptions as per compliance to OM-D, GCAA and EASA.
Assist all ad-hoc changes advised from the manpower planning, flight operations management and EAT 3rd Party departments requested within the published crew training rosters with minimal cost in lost training events.
Verify daily and monthly checks to ensure the crew software management system is 100% accurate as per the past, current and future training events to ensure zero regulator findings with GCAA or EASA.
Monitor and track the overtime, PPU – Pay Per Use Instructors to minimize cost in payroll with efficient recovery scheduling methods of their roster and training plans.
Assist in the User acceptance testing for any software issues (bugs) and/or updates to the crew management software used for tracking all training events.

Education & Experience

Post-Secondary education preferred in computer or aviation industry study.
At least 3 years’ experience in an airline operations department preferably within Crew Control, Crew Planning or NOC – Network Operations.

مخطط تدريب الطاقم

المسؤوليات

المسؤول عن الحفاظ على جميع أحداث التدريب المخطط لها لطاقم الطيران والمقصورة في قائمة طاقم العمل المباشر أثناء أي اضطرابات غير معروفة وفقًا للامتثال لـ OM-D و GCAA و EASA.
مساعدة جميع التغييرات الطارئة التي تم التوصية بها من قبل تخطيط القوى العاملة وإدارة العمليات الجوية وأقسام الطرف الثالث في EAT المطلوبة ضمن جداول تدريب الطاقم المنشورة بأقل تكلفة في أحداث التدريب المفقودة.
التحقق من الفحوصات اليومية والشهرية للتأكد من أن نظام إدارة برامج الطاقم دقيق بنسبة 100٪ وفقًا لأحداث التدريب الماضية والحالية والمستقبلية لضمان عدم وجود نتائج تنظيمية مع GCAA أو EASA.
قم بمراقبة وتتبع ساعات العمل الإضافية، ومدربي الدفع مقابل الاستخدام (PPU) لتقليل التكلفة في الرواتب من خلال طرق جدولة الاسترداد الفعالة لخططهم التدريبية.
المساعدة في اختبار قبول المستخدم لأي مشكلات في البرامج (أخطاء) و/أو تحديثات لبرنامج إدارة الطاقم المستخدم لتتبع جميع أحداث التدريب.

التعليم والخبرة

يفضل الحصول على تعليم ما بعد الثانوي في مجال الكمبيوتر أو صناعة الطيران.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قسم عمليات الخطوط الجوية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال مراقبة الطاقم أو تخطيط الطاقم أو مركز عمليات الشبكة.
