1. Customs Co-worker
Job Responsibility:
- Processing of DP World Payment within same day of BOE / ED date
- Download & Merge Inbound documents within 24 hrs. of BOE processing.
- Download & Merge Outbound documents within 24hrs of receiving all documents.
- Non-Remittance Claim to be filed within 2 days of receiving final SWB.
- Create Folders and save files for Outbound after ED is processed.
- Check and update COK status for Inbound.
- Supporting Inbound and Outbound for processing Deliver on set KRA’s for self and the Team.
- Any other tasks assign by Department Head when the need arises.
- Check and verify correctness of documents before processing.
- Processing of inbound/outbound BOE.
- Check and update Invoice & EDI data on EL master file ATD Basis/Saving Invoice & EDI files in common folder.
- Create and forward Shipment from DCO ATD Basis + 2 days (If Issue Escalate to ISME)
- Follow up on the escalated documents.
- BL for Consumables (DDU/DAP) Shipments to be checked within 24 hrs. of receiving SWB/Update
- Check for the complete set of documents are ready for handover.
- BOE numbers to be updated in master file to ensure all the documents are getting processed.
- Updating EL Master based on Arrival report/ITM.
- Updating Consumables Tracker & checking Documents on the same day notification is received.
2. Auto Denter
Description
- Repairing vehicles in accordance with dealer/distributor standards
- Repairing structural damage by realigning car chassis and frames.
- Obtaining technical information from the Body Shop Adhering strictly to technical specifications
- Hammering out minor body damage including dents and dimples.
- Welding, attaching and fitting parts into place.
- Filing, grinding, sanding and smoothening filled or repaired surfaces.
3. Safety Officer
Description
- Supervise and coordinate on all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
- Prepare & Maintain H&S check list identified in the facility.
- Arrange and ensure all workers are wearing proper PPE.
- Ensure timeliness and discipline during break times.
- Conduct Daily rounds of the facility to identify any abnormalities and hazards coordinate with supervisor for the same; both for inside the facility and the outside the perimeter of the facility.
- Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with the Supervisors and the Manager.
- Bring to management notice any indiscipline / disruptive / dishonest conduct by workers.
- Assist in having periodic H&S training and safety awareness for all staff to encourage them to work in a safe way also conduct Safety Induction training for all staff.
- Assist in recording the Incident & Accident reports.
- Inspect, maintain, and keep records of the Safety equipment and tools; arrange for their periodic checkup and repair.
- In-charge of First Aid kits and shall keep stock & records of items in the kits and arrange for its daily replenishment. Provide First Aid to Staff
- Participate in conducting the evacuation drills, as well as responsible to lead the emergency evacuation with designated evacuation team.
- Check and ensure Emergency Exit doors are well maintained.
- Monitoring of high-risk activities in the facility.
- Implement a proper waste management system; housekeeping systems in workplaces & maintain social hygiene.
- Any other tasks assign by Department head when the need arises.
4. Mechanic - Petrol & Diesel
Skills
- Minimum Qualification - S.S.C/ Trade Certificate/ Vocational Training.
- In-depth Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical system.
- Strong attention to details with an aptitude for problem- solving.
- working knowledge of English in writing & speaking.
5. Sales Executive - FF
Skills
