2. Helper
Job Description
- The responsibilities of the Marine Helper include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up tools, equipment, and materials at the work site
- Knows how to use hand tools, power tools and basic equipment or machineries
- Carry out all the works for completion of task as assigned by his immediate group leader and foreman.
- Assist to store keeper for arranging material stock.
- Assist to carpenter, fitter, mason and any team member as per the work requirement.
- Cleaned tools and organized tools and equipment
- Clean the site area after each shift
- Carry out works near to sea shore and under confined space.
- Site/s pose a variety of risks; therefore, mason is expected to do their part in preventing accidents by cleaning up the environment and the tools, being mindful of their actions and wearing appropriate safety gear such as hard hats and reflective vests.
- Works as per the received instruction from the immediate supervisor on site.
- Works and adhere to Safety and PPE requirements as per the project .
3. Driver - Heavy Duty
Qualifications
- Valid heavy-duty vehicle driver's license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operating heavy-duty vehicles
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, especially in Dubai
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with driving heavy-duty vehicles, including loading and unloading when required
- Familiarity with Dubai's road network and traffic patterns
- Strong time management skills and ability to work flexible hours
- Attention to detail in maintaining vehicle logs and documentation
- Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance

- Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.

المؤهلات
- رخصة قيادة مركبة ثقيلة صالحة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل المركبات الثقيلة
- سجل قيادة نظيف بدون أي مخالفات مرورية كبيرة
- - معرفة تامة بقوانين وأنظمة المرور وخاصة في دبي
- الكفاءة في استخدام أنظمة الملاحة GPS وأدوات تخطيط الطريق
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
- القدرة البدنية على أداء المهام المرتبطة بقيادة المركبات الثقيلة، بما في ذلك التحميل والتفريغ عند الحاجة

- إعداد تقارير مجلس النواب (يومية / شهرية / ربع سنوية / سنوية).
- إعداد جدول العمل اليومي لبرنامج MEP.
- حفظ السجلات (تقارير PPM والجداول وشهادات التفتيش من جهات خارجية).
- تقليل التعليقات المتعلقة بالعملية من قبل الطرف الثالث.
- دعم فريق BMMS لعمليات التفتيش.
