المهام الأساسية: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية الخاصة باللحام عبر مناطق المشروع ومواقع البناء المخصصة.
ضمان التنفيذ: ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة اللحام بأمان وكفاءة، ووفقًا لـ:
مواصفات المشروع.
أكواد الصناعة والمعايير المتبعة.
متطلبات الجدول الزمني وقيود الميزانية.
الامتثال والتنسيق: ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة، مع قيادة التنسيق بين الفرق والمقاولين من الباطن وأصحاب المصلحة لدعم تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
مهام العمل ومسؤوليات الإشراف
1. أنشطة الإشراف على اللحام
تنسيق الأنشطة: تنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة اللحام اليومية عبر جبهات العمل المخصصة، وضمان تنفيذ المهام وفقًا لخطط المشروع والأولويات والجداول الزمنية.
الامتثال للمعايير: ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع، والأكواد المعمول بها، والإجراءات الداخلية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
متابعة الجدول الزمني: مراقبة جداول المشروع للأنشطة المتعلقة باللحام وتعديل تخصيص الموارد أو سير العمل للحفاظ على التقدم والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
التعاون والتنسيق: التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع (بما في ذلك أقسام الإنشاءات، وضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة، والتخطيط، والمقاولين من الباطن) لضمان التنفيذ السلس وحل المشكلات على مستوى الموقع.

2. السلامة والجودة والتوثيق
تطبيق السلامة: إنفاذ بروتوكولات السلامة، وتعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة، وإجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة لمنع الحوادث والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
جولات الموقع: إجراء جولات روتينية في الموقع لتحديد المخاطر ومعالجة المخاوف والتأكد من أن أنشطة اللحام تلبي توقعات الجودة.
حفظ السجلات: الاحتفاظ بالوثائق الدقيقة لتقدم اللحام اليومي، ونشر القوى العاملة، وسجلات الإنتاج، وأي انحرافات أو تغييرات.
إدارة الموارد: الإشراف على استخدام مواد اللحام والمستهلكات والمعدات، وضمان توفرها واستخدامها بكفاءة.
Job Purpose (Welding Operations Oversight)
Core Tasks: Oversee the day-to-day welding operations across assigned project areas and construction sites.
Execution Guarantee: Ensuring all welding activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with:

Industry codes and standards.
Schedule requirements and budget constraints.
Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with quality standards while driving coordination among teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
Job Duties and Supervision Responsibilities
1. Welding Supervision Activities
Activity Coordination: Coordinate and supervise daily welding activities across assigned work fronts, ensuring tasks are executed according to project plans, priorities, and timelines.
Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Schedule Monitoring: Monitor project schedules for welding-related activities and adjust resource allocations or workflows to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders—including construction, QA/QC, planning, and subcontractors—to ensure seamless execution and resolve site-level issues.
Subcontractor Oversight: Oversee subcontracted welding activities, when applicable, ensuring alignment with project requirements and overall construction plans.
2. Safety, Quality, and Documentation
Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety protocols, promote safe work practices, and conduct regular inspections to prevent incidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Site Walkthroughs: Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify risks, address concerns, and ensure that welding activities meet quality expectations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of daily welding progress, manpower deployment, production records, and any deviations or changes.
Resource Management: Oversee the utilization of welding materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient usage.

Job Purpose
Coordinate the technical design, construction, and maintenance of piping (Plant) & pipelines transporting Oil, Gas, and other fluids, review technical deliverables, and provide guidance & support to engineers. Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements while contributing to safe and efficient piping (Plant) & pipeline operations.

Pipeline Engineering Activities
Contribute to the development of pipeline routing studies, considering terrain, environmental constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and review feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk evaluations for piping (Plant) & pipeline projects.
Coordinate the piping (Plant) & pipeline system design, including material selection, wall thickness calculations, stress checks, and sizing under the direction of the Construction Manager/ Project Manager.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, technical specifications, and related documentation.
Support construction teams by clarifying design requirements and addressing engineering queries during installation.
Participate in inspections, quality checks, and verification activities to ensure adherence to design standards.
Review hydraulic analysis, surge checks, and flow modelling to optimize pipeline performance.

المساهمة في تطوير دراسات مسار خطوط الأنابيب، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار التضاريس والقيود البيئية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
تنسيق ومراجعة دراسات الجدوى، والتقييمات الفنية، وتقييمات المخاطر لمشاريع شبكات الأنابيب وخطوط النقل.
تنسيق تصميم نظام الأنابيب (المصنع) وخطوط النقل، بما في ذلك اختيار المواد، وحسابات سمك الجدار، وفحوصات الإجهاد، وتحديد الأبعاد بتوجيه من مدير الإنشاءات/مدير المشروع.
إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات الهندسية، والخطط، والمواصفات الفنية، والوثائق ذات الصلة.
