Job Description
- Greet & assist walk-in customers, address inquiries and complaints, and provide necessary information.
- Extend administrative support to the Leasing & Property Management teams relating to leasing documentation as and when needed.

4. Senior Manager – Projects
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project development, from feasibility, design, and approvals through to construction, completion, and handover. Ensure that all aspects of the project align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure all milestones are met, and projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Adapt strategies to manage a variety of projects across different sectors (residential, commercial, industrial), applying best practices for each sector’s specific demands and complexities.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure strong financial controls are in place and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Provide financial status updates to the Development Director and Chief Development Officer as required.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure ongoing monitoring of risks, adjusting plans and resources as needed to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Utilize advanced risk management tools, such as predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and AI-driven insights, to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle. Implement real-time risk monitoring systems to ensure potential issues are addressed early, minimizing impact on project delivery.
- Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, embedding sustainability and safety into every phase of the project lifecycle.

- استخدم أدوات إدارة المخاطر المتقدمة، مثل التحليلات التنبؤية ونمذجة السيناريوهات والرؤى المستندة إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي، لتحديد المخاطر وتقييمها والتخفيف منها بشكل استباقي طوال دورة حياة المشروع. طبّق أنظمة مراقبة المخاطر في الوقت الفعلي لضمان معالجة المشكلات المحتملة مبكرًا، مما يقلل من تأثيرها على إنجاز المشروع.
- ضمان امتثال جميع المشاريع للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، ودمج الاستدامة والسلامة في كل مرحلة من مراحل دورة حياة المشروع.
