1. Cabin Crew (UAE) Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are an added value.
- Fit to fly, has good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

2. Technician Trainee (UAE National)
Key Result Responsibilities
- On day-to-day basis supports the Line/Base Maintenance and Workshops engineers and staff in their daily work by executing the assigned tasks timely and accurately.
- Carries out a programme of training as agreed with the Air Arabia Technical Instructor and the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Managers
- Performs all work and duties assigned as per standards adopted by Air Arabia and in accordance with company’s policies, procedures and the regulatory authorities.
- Executes routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and Third party aircrafts during maintenance inputs.
- Ensures strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in the manufacturer manuals and other related publications.
- Ensures that he is fully conversant with the tasks assigned.
- Advises Certifying Engineers and Shift Managers with any impending service disruptions or problems without failure.
- Processes the replacement of parts and components in a professional manner with full and proper adherence to the manuals and to all the required documents.
- Conducts physical checking and inspection of the components prior to fitment to aircraft or component.
- Ensures labels and blanking of ports covering the exposed areas are all covered.
- Maintains tidiness of the workstation before and after completing the tasks assigned.
- Carries out training in other areas of the engineering and maintenance environment as required.
- Continues to engage in personal development undertaking such trainings as deemed required by the training Manager and the Head of Engineering.
3. Process & Quality Engineer
Key Result Responsibilities
- Develop and documents maintenance and workshop processes aligned with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Analyzes current workflows to identify inefficiencies, safety risks, and non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance & production planning teams to implement process improvements that boost productivity and safety.
- Initiate and steer execution of projects from recommendations, suggestions & feedback from staff
- Monitor and report on process performance using key metrics.
- Lead training and awareness programs to ensure team adherence to updated procedures.
- Support audits and inspections by providing process documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Work closely with QA engineers to integrate quality standards into maintenance processes.
4. Sheet Metal Technician
Key Result Responsibilities
- Prepares for and performs repair, modification, installation, and replacement of aircraft structures and structural parts as per task cards, ensuring cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and adherence to operational and safety requirements
- Reviews task cards with the Engineer/Supervisor to confirm work scope, documentation, priorities, and safety precautions before starting work.
- Conducts inspections, repairs, and modifications to the required standards, accurately identifying, recording, and reporting defects or damage.
- Rectifies structural defects & carry out installations/ replacements using approved technical data and instructions from the Engineering Department.
- Ensures proper tooling / equipment is drawn from stores to perform tasks, returning all of it in good condition following completion of work.
- Execute the assigned task cards and sign off in the Maintenance Information system in a timely manner & without errors.
5. Manager - Cybersecurity
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent industry certifications.
- Cloud security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, Oracle Security).
- Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) is a plus.
- Fluent in English Language
- Strong background securing Windows/Linux servers, cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle), and enterprise networks.
- Knowledge of enterprise databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, CouchDB) and their security best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- يدعم بشكل يومي مهندسي وموظفي الصيانة الأساسية والخطوط وورش العمل في عملهم اليومي من خلال تنفيذ المهام الموكلة إليهم في الوقت المناسب وبدقة.
- تنفيذ برنامج تدريبي حسب الاتفاق مع المدرب الفني لشركة العربية للطيران ورئيس الصيانة ومديري الصيانة
- تنفيذ جميع الأعمال والواجبات الموكلة إليه حسب المعايير المعتمدة من قبل العربية للطيران ووفقاً لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها والجهات التنظيمية.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الروتينية وغير الروتينية على طائرات العربية للطيران والطائرات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة أثناء مدخلات الصيانة.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بجميع احتياطات السلامة ذات الصلة كما هو منشور في أدلة الشركة المصنعة وغيرها من المنشورات ذات الصلة.

- تطوير وتوثيق عمليات الصيانة وورشة العمل بما يتماشى مع لوائح الطيران وسياسات الشركة.
- يقوم بتحليل سير العمل الحالي لتحديد عدم الكفاءة ومخاطر السلامة وقضايا عدم الامتثال.
- التعاون مع فرق التخطيط للصيانة والإنتاج لتنفيذ تحسينات العملية التي تعزز الإنتاجية والسلامة.
- البدء وتوجيه تنفيذ المشاريع بناءً على التوصيات والاقتراحات وردود الفعل من الموظفين
- مراقبة أداء العملية وإعداد التقارير عنه باستخدام المقاييس الرئيسية.
- قيادة برامج التدريب والتوعية لضمان التزام الفريق بالإجراءات المحدثة.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش من خلال توفير وثائق العملية وأدلة الامتثال.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مهندسي ضمان الجودة لدمج معايير الجودة في عمليات الصيانة.
4. فني صفائح معدنية
مسؤوليات النتائج الرئيسية
- يستعد وينفذ إصلاح وتعديل وتركيب واستبدال هياكل الطائرات والأجزاء الهيكلية وفقًا لبطاقات المهام، مما يضمن فعالية التكلفة والجدوى والالتزام بمتطلبات التشغيل والسلامة
- مراجعة بطاقات المهام مع المهندس/المشرف لتأكيد نطاق العمل والتوثيق والأولويات واحتياطات السلامة قبل بدء العمل.
- يجري عمليات التفتيش والإصلاح والتعديلات وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة، ويحدد بدقة ويسجل ويبلغ عن العيوب أو الأضرار.
- يقوم بتصحيح العيوب الهيكلية وتنفيذ التركيبات/الاستبدالات باستخدام البيانات الفنية المعتمدة وتعليمات قسم الهندسة.
- ضمان سحب الأدوات/المعدات المناسبة من المخازن لأداء المهام، وإعادتها جميعًا في حالة جيدة بعد الانتهاء من العمل.
- تنفيذ بطاقات المهام المخصصة والتوقيع عليها في نظام معلومات الصيانة في الوقت المناسب وبدون أخطاء.
5. مدير الأمن السيبراني
المؤهلات (الأكاديمية والتدريبية واللغوية)
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- CISSP، CISM، CISA، CEH، CCSP، أو شهادات الصناعة المعادلة.
- شهادات أمان السحابة (AWS Security Specialty، Azure Security Engineer، Oracle Security).
- يعد أخصائي أمان Kubernetes (CKS) ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
