Qualifications

- You are highly skilled in ABB 800xA with AC800M/Symphony Plus (S+) systems and have experience working with ICSS and/or PMS/SCMS automation systems in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water market
- You have over 5 years of experience in the automation field, working in ICSS and/or PMS/SCMS systems with ABB control systems
- You are proficient in industrial communication protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, IEC 101, IEC 104, Profibus, between ABB automation systems and external systems or field devices as applicable
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of ABB 800xA with AC 800M/Symphony Plus, and industrial networking and cybersecurity solutions for control systems

Qualifications
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical
- Knowledge and good hands-on experience of ABB systems in: 800xA with AC800M is a Must-Have
- Minimum 3-5 Years as a Technical Trainer for Automation industry or Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Site Support in automation industry in Engineering, Commissioning role and experience in the automation and Control Systems.
- Overall automation systems understanding, combined with process knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power & Water.
- Knowledge of ABB systems eg: Infi90, Symphony Plus (S+) etc.
- Fluent communication skills in English and preferably in Arabic as well,

Requirements
- BSc Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant technical sales experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical or power generation sector in the Middle East and strong knowledge in gas analyzers and water/liquid analyzers
- Strong people-management skills with 5 years’ experience in managing sales teams, coaching and mentoring a team of sales professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, system integrators and channel partners
- Demonstrated success in building territory strategies, managing sales pipelines across countries, and supporting the team to achieve collective orders and growth targets

- المعرفة والخبرة العملية الجيدة بأنظمة ABB في: 800xA مع AC800M شرط أساسي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات كمدرب تقني في صناعة الأتمتة أو خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في دعم المواقع في صناعة الأتمتة في مجال الهندسة والتشغيل وخبرة في أنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم.
- فهم شامل لأنظمة الأتمتة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة العمليات في قطاعات النفط والغاز والطاقة والمياه.
- معرفة أنظمة ABB على سبيل المثال: Infi90، Symphony Plus (S+) إلخ.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية أيضاً.
- معرفة بأمن المعلومات الصناعية وحلول الشبكات لأنظمة ABB
- شهادات في أنظمة تحكم محددة أو معايير السلامة (مثل مهندس السلامة الوظيفية TÜV).
- خبرة في التعامل مع عملاء النفط والغاز البري والبحري، وخاصة عملاء أدنوك ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء وخبرة في التدريب التقني.
- الصحة والسلامة المهنية (OHS)
- إن الاستعداد للسفر إلى الموقع والعمل هناك عند الحاجة أمر لا بد منه.
6. مدير مبيعات - تحليلي (الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الكويت، الذكاء الاصطناعي، PK، OM)
متطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية/الهندسة الميكانيكية/الهندسة الكيميائية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال المبيعات التقنية ذات الصلة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو توليد الطاقة في الشرق الأوسط، ومعرفة قوية بأجهزة تحليل الغاز وأجهزة تحليل المياه/السوائل.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الأفراد مع خبرة 5 سنوات في إدارة فرق المبيعات وتدريب وتوجيه فريق من محترفي المبيعات
- تطوير علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء الرئيسيين ومكاملين الأنظمة وشركاء التوزيع
- نجاح مثبت في بناء استراتيجيات المناطق، وإدارة مسارات المبيعات عبر البلدان، ودعم الفريق لتحقيق الطلبات الجماعية وأهداف النمو.
- يتمتع بكفاءة في أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء، والتنبؤ بالمبيعات، وإدارة خطوط المبيعات
