Requirements
Professional Experience: Relevant experience in building maintenance or property management is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Specific certifications or proven technical expertise in A/C systems, electrical work, or plumbing.

الخبرة المهنية: يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في صيانة المباني أو إدارة العقارات.
المهارات التقنية: شهادات متخصصة أو خبرة فنية مثبتة في أنظمة التكييف، الأعمال الكهربائية، أو السباكة.
المهارات الإشرافية: يجب أن يتمتع المشرف بمهارات قيادية والقدرة على إدارة فريق فني متنوع.
التواصل: القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع المستأجرين والإدارة.
