Communication & Coordination

• Support effective communication between technical teams, business development teams, and venture-building teams.

• Attend and document milestone delivery and client sign-off events.

Product Development Support

• Support in developing a vision of a technology and the corresponding matured product.

• Research and analyze data and reports to inform product and project decisions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports and presentations when required.

Job Responsibilities

AI & Photonics Development

• Develop AI models/agents for photonic integrated circuit (PIC) layout and optimization.

• Automate design workflows using tools such as KLayout and GDSFactory.

• Work with both commercial and open-source PDKs for PIC design and tape-out.

Data Processing & Visualization

• Develop code for preprocessing, filtering, and visualizing LiDAR data.

• Handle 3D point cloud data and perform object detection/classification.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary researchers in photonics, AI, and embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Optics, or a related field.

• Strong background in machine learning, data science, or signal/image processing.

• Exposure to photonics design and simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL, Lumerical, GDSFactory, KLayout).

• Experience in Python programming.

• Familiarity with LiDAR systems or 3D sensor data processing is a strong advantage.

• Excellent analytical, coding, and teamwork skills.

Role and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Identify, collect, and analyze customers’ needs to translate them into detailed requirements (Product Requirements Document).

• Propose, develop, and maintain the Product Roadmap and product strategy.

• Build a productization strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Produce a productization plan, identify and define key features and elements.

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications (Product Specification Document) to deliver products quickly to market.

• Identify internal and external stakeholders and assign duties with proper prioritization.

• Analyze, review, and maintain product requirements documents and specifications.

• Develop appropriate test plans and quality programs to ensure requirements are met.

• Collaborate with R&D to build Proof of Concept (PoC).

• Drive product and business planning processes alongside R&D director and Lead PMO.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience in product management with a track record of launching and managing innovative solutions.

• Experience leading the full product life cycle, including productization and prioritization of features.
