Drilling Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

Personnel & Safety Management

• Accountable for all personnel at the wellsite and main camp.

• Act as the safety leader at the wellsite.

• Ensure health and safety of all personnel, protection of the environment, and alignment with SNOC’s business objectives.

• Responsible for onsite implementation of all SNOC safety policies and programs.

Operations & Well Management

• Manage all operations to ensure well programmes are executed safely and cost-effectively.

• Investigate, follow up, and close out all incidents relating to rig site personnel, equipment, and procedures.

• Assist in HSE field audits, investigations, and initiatives.

• Collaborate with drilling contractors and service companies/contractors to ensure all required equipment and tools are available onsite.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain timely and honest communication with the Senior Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Superintendent.

• Submit accurate OpenWells reports daily.

• Ensure all Non-Productive Time (NPT) is captured in OpenWells and SNOC NPT reports.

• Prepare 7-day and 14-day Lookahead reports based on current and upcoming operations.

Well Control & Program Optimization

• Ensure SNOC Well Control Standards are met, including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.

• Ensure all rig and service company personnel comply with established safety standards and procedures.

• Review and recommend optimization of drilling programs and procedures.

• Create and issue detailed Work Instructions based on the well programme or ongoing activities.

• Verify contractor and service company documentation such as BHAs, Pipe Tallies, Casing Tallies, and Liner Tallies.

Drilling Fluid Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Drilling Fluid Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain drilling fluid properties in accordance with the Drilling and Mud Program.

• Conduct routine mud testing and reporting, and advise on any related issues.

• Maintain drilling fluid inventory, ensuring barite, salt, and mud materials are above minimum levels.

Technical & Commercial Oversight

• Provide technical and commercial overview of drilling fluid operations.

• Make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

• Ensure safe handling procedures for chemicals and equipment are followed by all relevant personnel.

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete a full recap for each hole section including costs and lessons learned.

• Verify reporting and inventory of products at the wellsite.

• Track drilling fluid samples and ensure all relevant tests are conducted per API RPs at the wellsite or independent laboratory.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Periodically verify the inventory of lab test chemicals and calibration of equipment.

• Verify delivery/credit tickets against wellsite inventory.

Operational Optimization

• Make recommendations for drilling fluid optimization to improve hole cleaning efficiency (flow rates, Low Shear Rate Viscosities, RPM, ROP, etc.).

• Apply knowledge of drilling mud properties and technical specifications, including solids calculations and fluid chemistry, to optimize drilling operations.

تحسين العمليات

Warehouse Project Materials Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

Materials Management & Expertise

• Provide materials management expertise at assigned warehouse locations.

• Support teams with innovative and efficient execution solutions.

• Ensure contractor staff comply with SNOC Warehouse Policies and Procedures.

Inventory & Documentation Control

• Monitor material movement and handling across TSF and project sites.

• Coordinate with PSCM Inventory to add and manage new project items in Maximo.

• Oversee storage, preservation, and documentation of all project materials.

• Maintain and regularly update the Material Tracking Register.

• Verify material documentation, packing lists, and conformity to requirements.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Organize dispatches and ensure smooth material flow to SNOC sites.

• Interface with logistics and customs clearance teams for timely material delivery.

• Expedite priority materials when required.

Tools & Equipment Certification

• Manage certification of lifting devices and hydraulic tools per SNOC standards.

• Coordinate with certified tool companies and EPC contractors on requisitions, work orders, spare part lists, and interchangeability records (SPIR).

Inventory Verification & Audits

• Perform physical inventory verification and audits to ensure Maximo data matches physical stock.

• Resolve discrepancies promptly.

Team Guidance & Project Coordination

• Provide guidance to EPC contractor teams.

• Manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.

• Ensure proper preservation of spare parts, chemicals, catalysts, and OEM items as per guidelines.
