Responsibilities
- First point of contact for Customers (via mail and phone)
- Order entry, managing and monitoring all orders for customers
- Providing high level of customer service, with daily follow ups and clear communication with customers

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and designers to ensure PPG products are specified in new project design documents across the Middle East (primarily Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman).
- Maintain specification integrity throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring PPG products are used through to final application.
- Track and influence all stakeholders in the project value chain, including developers, contractors, and applicators.
- Identify and pass leads involving competitor specifications to local commercial teams for potential conversion.
- Own commercial targets and strategy execution for ME countries outside the UAE, plus three key customers within the UAE.
- Drive growth across multiple technologies including coil, powder, HTLF, and liquid coatings.

4. Refinish Business Development Manager – Middle East
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering fields or equivalent is required. An advanced degree (MBA or other) preferred
- Significant experience in a matrix organization, strong understanding of distribution Automotive product & services aftersales market experience; automotive coating and painting aftersales market would be a plus
- Management and Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports (New Business Managers and Technical Account Managers), make informed decisions, and effectively manage resources to achieve business objectives
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, as well as identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
- Customer Orientation: Customer service-focused attitude, commitment to customer satisfaction, and understanding of specific customer needs to provide tailored solutions
