Join Our Team as a QHSE Executive – UAE & Kuwait

Responsibilities
Oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment processes across UAE & Kuwait operations.
Conduct food safety inspections, hygiene audits, and compliance checks.
Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and local regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports, documents, and corrective action plans.
Train staff on safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures.
Support the retail hypermarket and catering teams in maintaining top-level safety standards.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of QHSE standards.
Experience in food safety, audits, hygiene control, and compliance.
Background in Retail Hypermarket or Catering / Food Service industry (highly preferred).
Knowledge of HACCP and local regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong personality, good observational skills, and ability to train staff effectively.

إعداد التقارير وخطط الإجراءات التصحيحية.
تدريب الموظفين على إجراءات السلامة والنظافة والامتثال.
دعم فرق الهايبرماركت والتموين في الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة.
المتطلبات
معرفة قوية بمعايير QHSE.
خبرة في سلامة الغذاء، التدقيقات، مراقبة النظافة والامتثال.
يفضل خبرة في قطاع الهايبرماركت أو خدمات الغذاء / الكاترينغ.
معرفة بمعايير HACCP واللوائح المحلية.
مهارات تواصل وإعداد تقارير ممتازة.
شخصية قوية، مهارات ملاحظة عالية، وقدرة على تدريب الموظفين.
