Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll & HRIS Data Administrator to manage and maintain accurate employee payroll and HR data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with international payroll systems and HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll data in Costpoint, SAP, and Workday systems.
Data Validation: Ensure accuracy of payroll and HR data for new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes.
Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
System Upgrades: Test and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues in coordination with IT or system vendors.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records for audits and internal controls.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Budget Manager to lead and manage a team of estimators across infrastructure, consulting, and energy & power projects. The role focuses on accurate budgeting, cost estimation, financial analysis, and monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of estimators across multiple project types.
Budget & Estimate Management: Develop and maintain procedures for budget and estimate preparation. Implement effective estimating and budgeting policies.
Financial Analysis: Analyze revenues, expenditures, and cash management to ensure operations remain within budget. Monitor spending patterns and recommend corrective measures.
Reporting & Forecasting: Produce reports on projections, costs, and expenditures. Present annual budgets to senior management and forecast future budget needs.
Compliance & Improvement: Review budget proposals for compliance with legal regulations, identify variances between actual and budgeted results, and suggest improvements to increase profits.
