- Coordinate & supervise all MEP installation works at site.
- Review contractor’s shop drawing against the design drawings & as per local authority’s regulation for compliance with the design intent and return with appropriate comments/approval.
- Review & approve shop drawings, design modification/clarifications, material submittals & method statements.
- Arrange quotation from the suppliers & contractors for the works.
- Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site.
- Finalize qualified subcontractors to carry out the works as per drawings.
- Review and verify progressive project invoices.
- Complete hand-over of the project by arranging O&M manuals with necessary As Built drawings.
