1. Field Service Technician I
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide updates.
- Support senior technicians & engineers in complex service tasks and learn advanced techniques.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle (if applicable) in good condition.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support on multi systems such as control systems, or automation technologies, Security and CCTV system etc.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, work flexible hours and travel frequently.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
2. Junior Solution Architect - UAE Nationals Only
Responsibilities
- Support in defining, developing, and implementing BMS solutions for specific products, product lines.
- Apply product expertise and customer needs to develop winning product solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, System integrator channels and consultants to understand project needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to Link BMS product positioning to maximize customer demand.
- Execute New Product technology positioning strategies to achieve project wins and business growth.
- Partner with Sales and marketing for consultant product engagement.
- Develop a techno commercial attitude to drive optimized and profitable solutions to projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer engineering – recently graduated or preferably in final year.
- Strong acumen to understand of customer insights and product knowledge.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Techno commercial mindset and ability to develop winning solution.
- Presentation skills, ability to deliver presentations to consultants and system integrators
- Fluency in Arabic and English – French is a plus

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المؤهلات
- دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو مجال ذي صلة).
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الخدمة الميدانية أو الدعم الفني على أنظمة متعددة مثل أنظمة التحكم، أو تقنيات الأتمتة، ونظام الأمن وكاميرات المراقبة، وما إلى ذلك.
- المعرفة التقنية القوية والخبرة في التقنيات ذات الصلة.
- الكفاءة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتقنيات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، والعمل لساعات مرنة والسفر بشكل متكرر.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (إن وجدت).
2. مهندس حلول مبتدئ - للمواطنين الإماراتيين فقط
المسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم في تحديد وتطوير وتنفيذ حلول BMS لمنتجات وخطوط إنتاج محددة.
- تطبيق الخبرة في المنتج واحتياجات العملاء لتطوير حلول المنتج الفائزة.
- التعاون مع المبيعات وقنوات تكامل النظام والمستشارين لفهم احتياجات المشروع.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لربط وضع منتج BMS لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الطلب من العملاء.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات تحديد موقع التكنولوجيا للمنتج الجديد لتحقيق نجاحات المشروع ونمو الأعمال.
- التعاون مع المبيعات والتسويق لإشراك المنتج الاستشاري.
- تطوير موقف تجاري تقني لدفع الحلول المثلى والمربحة للمشاريع.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة الكمبيوتر - تخرج مؤخرًا أو يفضل أن يكون في السنة الأخيرة.
- قدرة قوية على فهم رؤى العملاء ومعرفة المنتج.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعاون والتواصل.
