Basic Functions Summary
Maintenance Records Management

Receive, review, archive, and update maintenance records, logbooks, and technical binders.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare various technical reports (e.g., aircraft/engine utilization, LLP status).

Generate discrepancy reports and internal/external documentation such as meeting minutes and safety investigations.
Operational Coordination

Monitor fleet status, AOG/IOR cases, GCS, GSE, cannibalization, and maintenance materials.

Follow up on aircraft/GCS issues and update stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support aviation maintenance site auditing as scheduled under the GAL maintenance contract.

Assist the QA Manager in ensuring compliance with documented quality management system auditing requirements and processes.

Contribute to the development of relevant quality assurance KPIs to measure and monitor aviation maintenance program performance.

Perform compliance audits for GAL, both at headquarters and maintenance sites; conduct root cause analysis for corrective actions and support continuous improvement of the quality management system.

Conduct statistical and data analysis and prepare monthly reports for the management team.
