• Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for compliance and technical accuracy
• Conduct and ensure team participation in toolbox talks and planning meetings
• May work at onshore bases for equipment preparation, return, and report preparation
• Plan and execute site support requirements to facilitate continuous operations
• Liaise with client representatives and participate in meetings professionally, ensuring continuous quality of service
• Complete required documentation according to company procedures, processes, and client requirements
• Communicate with team members and operations department to ensure effective coordination for safe operations and task completion

يشرف مشرف اختبار الآبار 2 على فريق العمل لضمان تشغيل المعدات على البر والبحر بشكل آمن وفعال وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة، بما يضمن تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على العمليات وتوزيع المهام على الفريق لضمان إتمام العمليات بأمان ومنع المشاكل الفنية وفق دليل التشغيل.
• متابعة أداء الفريق وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية والسياسات الفنية.
• ضمان تقديم خدمات آمنة وفعالة للعملاء وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
مشرف 1 (Supervisor 1)
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على العمليات وتوزيع المهام على الفريق لضمان إتمام العمليات بأمان ومنع المشاكل الفنية وفق دليل التشغيل.
• التأكد من إجراء الفحوصات على جميع المعدات للتأكد من مطابقتها للمعايير الفنية للعملية المنفذة.
• المشاركة وإشراك الفريق في الاجتماعات والتخطيط وTool Box Talks عند الحاجة.
• قد يُطلب العمل في القواعد البرية للتحضير وإعادة المعدات وإعداد التقارير.
• ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات الدعم في الموقع لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
• التواصل مع ممثلي العملاء والمشاركة في الاجتماعات لضمان جودة الخدمة المستمرة.
• إتمام جميع الوثائق المطلوبة وفق إجراءات الشركة وسياسات العملاء.
• التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق وقسم العمليات لمناقشة جميع جوانب العمليات وضمان التواصل الفعال لإتمام المهام بأمان.
