Qualifications

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Oversee activities of all aspects of planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting for Engineering BU Project Scopes to ensure projects are executed within PMO governance framework, process and procedures.
- Review the project scope and execution strategy and assist in the cost estimating of projects to ensure accurate project scope and budget development.

- Take initiative in defining any area for improvement in strategic planning and reporting process, source best practice and innovation and propose to teslam management enhancement actions to improve teslam reporting, business planning and budget management.
- Proactively address any identified possible challenges and delays in strategic projects delivery. Propose possible solutions to mitigate the challenges.
- Support teslam operations team in defining and developing strategic initiatives in their areas of work: transportation, housekeeping, catering, hospitality, etc.

- Provide deep technical knowledge and highly-experienced support for the development of programs such as Functional Importance Determination (FID), Functional Equipment Group (FEG), Preventive Maintenance (PM) Templates, PM Basis, Single Point Vulnerability (SPV), System Health Monitoring, System Health Evaluation, Plant Health Committee (PHC), Plant Top Ten ER related issues, and Equipment Reliability Index (ERI).
