Job Description

Overview

Partner with the best! As an Operations Support Specialist, you will ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, effective management of budget and resources, while ensuring the team has the processes and tools needed to deliver on professional services project commitments. You will develop an operational year plan for your department activities and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Support on Outages Readiness

• Gate pass issuance, accommodation, and transportation bookings for all assigned resources.

• Immigration follow-up (arrival to/from country & site).

• Build mobilization trackers including all line-up travel and site access requirements such as trainings and medical certifications.

• Create Gantt charts and hours trackers.

• Update Fieldworks with non-technical data.

• Create work orders and purchase orders for suppliers.

Support on Outage Execution and Closure

• Monitor and follow hour tracker files throughout outages.

• Upload lessons learned on the tool.

• Follow up with suppliers’ invoicing.

• Track TDB documents, including FSRs collection, signed SQCL, and maintenance forms.

Support on Regional Projects and Initiatives

• Tool assignment, tracking, maintenance, and logistics preparation.

• Support any regional initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• 3+ years of experience in cost estimation and project duration planning.

• 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and Primavera.

• Knowledge of outage preparation, execution, and closeout procedures.

• General knowledge of Primavera P6 planning tool.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
