Sustainability Consultant
Qualifications & Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng/B.Tech) in a relevant field.
-
ESTIDAMA PQP (PBRS & PCRS) and LEED AP certifications are mandatory.
-
WELL AP (obtained or in progress) is highly desirable.
Job-Specific Competencies:
-
Experience delivering the Construction stage of projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi using PQP & LEED AP.
-
In-depth knowledge of LEED, Estidama, and Al Sa’fat certification processes, requirements, and documentation.
-
Experience in projects responsible for obtaining Estidama and LEED certification at multiple levels.

Knowledge of other green building certification programs, e.g., MOSTADAM, GSAS, CEEQUAL.

Awareness of WELL certification requirements, processes, and submissions is a distinct advantage.

Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities (Post-Contract):

Commercial contract administration, including re-measurement, interim/final payment assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurance and bonds management, and attending design/commercial meetings.
Requirements:

Previous experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.

Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.

Experience in key sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure.
