Job Title: Customer Experience Agent/Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of operational execution across Ocean and Logistics operations.
Handle creation, coordination, and closure of shipment files.
Execute customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal reporting.
Understand external factors impacting customers’ supply chain and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Title: Road Transport & Distribution Product Manager

Develop and manage Maersk’s road transport and distribution product portfolio in line with market demand.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product execution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Requirements:
