We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to drive the development and implementation of data governance strategies for enterprise clients or internal business units. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

  • Lead data governance strategy development and implementation projects.

Key Accountabilities

User Onboarding & Access Setup

  • Prepare and configure user devices with operating systems, applications, and endpoint protection.

  • Coordinate with System Admin to ensure account readiness, Active Directory setup, and access controls (GPO, MFA, least privilege).

  • Verify backend, VPN, VLAN, and wireless access readiness for new users.

End-User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, escalating complex cases to Level 2 when necessary.

  • Investigate and resolve operating system, server, LAN/WAN, and network issues.
