🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية
-
تخطيط وتصميم أنظمة الميكانيكا (HVAC) لمشاريع البناء والإنشاءات.
-
تطوير عمليات الاختبار وأداء التحقق من صحة تصاميم HVAC لضمان الالتزام باللوائح الإماراتية ومواصفات المشاريع.
-
إعداد حسابات حمل الحرارة، تحديد مقاسات القنوات وأنابيب المياه المبردة، واختيار المعدات المناسبة.
-
مراجعة الرسومات الفنية، تخطيطات HVAC، رسومات الورشة، والمواصفات باستخدام AutoCAD أو برامج مشابهة.
-
التنسيق مع فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات، الاستشاريين، الموردين، والمقاولين لضمان تحقيق متطلبات المشروع.
-
دعم فرق التنفيذ في الموقع أثناء التركيب، التشغيل، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأنظمة HVAC.

إعداد وثائق تفصيلية لتتبع مراجعات التصميم وتقدم المشروع.

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects across the region.

🎯 Responsibilities

Plan, conceptualize, and design mechanical (HVAC) systems for construction and building projects.
-
Develop testing processes and perform validation of HVAC designs to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project specifications.

Prepare heat load calculations, duct sizing, chilled water pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
-
Review technical drawings, HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software.
-
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
-
Support site execution teams during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Perform detailed documentation to track design revisions and project progress.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
HVAC Draftsman
Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings, schematics, and shop drawings
-
Coordinate with mechanical engineers and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free designs
-
Interpret design specifications and translate them into practical HVAC system layouts
-
Review and modify drawings based on site conditions or engineer feedback
-
Ensure drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
-
Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
-
Conduct site visits if required for drawing coordination and updates
Key Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC draftsman
-
Proven drafting experience within the GCC, preferably in the UAE
-
Proficient in AutoCAD/shop drawings; knowledge of Revit is a plus
-
Strong understanding of HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation, and insulation detailing
-
Good communication and coordination skills
-
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
-
Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately

المؤهلات الرئيسية

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمسود HVAC
-
خبرة مثبتة في الرسومات داخل دول الخليج، ويفضل في الإمارات
-
إجادة AutoCAD/الرسومات التنفيذية؛ معرفة بـ Revit ميزة إضافية
-
فهم قوي لأنظمة HVAC بما في ذلك التهوية، أنظمة المياه المبردة، العزل، وتفاصيل قنوات التهوية
-
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة

Junior Accountant
Job Responsibilities

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned
-
Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when needed

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
