1. Leasing Administrator - Real Estate

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 / month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
The Leasing Administrator is responsible for managing leasing operations for designated residential and commercial facilities, advertising available properties, negotiating rental terms, and finalizing lease agreements. The role includes overseeing property maintenance, managing lease records and documents, conducting presentations, facilitating viewings, and generating leads through networks, cold calls, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in leasing and property management, and 5 years in UAE leasing administration.

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and marketing skills.

• UAE Driving License required.

• Ability to manage teams, prepare financial reports, analyze data, and work independently.

Skills and Competencies:

• Planning & organizing, team leadership, analytical thinking, coping with pressure, behavioral skills, confidentiality, communication, computer literacy (ERP & MS Office).

2. Sales Executive - Folding Cartons (Experienced Only)

• Responsible for managing sales of folding carton products.

• Communicate with existing and new clients, achieve sales targets, and expand the client base.

• Previous experience in paper or printing product sales.
