BIM Modular Engineer

تطوير نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد دقيقة باستخدام Revit (العمارة / الهيكل)

• التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين، والمهندسين، وفرق البناء لتنسيق النماذج.

• استخراج رسومات الورشة والجداول من نماذج BIM.

Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Fabrication Supervision

• Understand project specifications and requirements for allocated drawings, communicate with all concerned in the fabrication bay, and allocate work to all crews.

• Arrange and ensure the availability of all drawings, cut materials, layouts, and required tools and tackles to the workforce.

• Guide fabricators and fitters to complete fit-up activities efficiently, ensuring optimal use of man-hours aligned with bay production targets and project quality standards.

• Coordinate with welding crews and other departments such as CNC shop for material feeding, QA/QC inspectors for job clearance, and stores for required tools and consumables.

• Report ongoing fabrication issues, suggest potential productivity or quality improvements, and assist with continuous improvement efforts.

• Adopt established standard working practices to meet daily production targets and achieve zero rework goals.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية: الإشراف على التصنيع

• فهم مواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع للرسومات المخصصة، والتواصل مع جميع المعنيين في ورشة التصنيع، وتوزيع العمل على جميع الفرق.

• ترتيب وضمان توفير جميع الرسومات، المواد المقطعة، التخطيطات، والأدوات والمعدات المطلوبة للقوى العاملة.

• توجيه العاملين في التصنيع والتركيبات لإنجاز أنشطة التركيب بكفاءة، مع تحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل لساعات العمل بما يتماشى مع أهداف الإنتاج ومعايير جودة المشروع.

• التنسيق مع فرق اللحام والزملاء في الأقسام الأخرى مثل ورشة CNC لتوفير المواد، مفتشي ضمان الجودة لفحص العمل، والمخازن لتوفير الأدوات والمواد الاستهلاكية اللازمة.

• الإبلاغ عن مشاكل التصنيع المستمرة، اقتراح تحسينات محتملة في الإنتاجية أو الجودة، والمساعدة عند الحاجة في جهود التحسين المستمر.

• الالتزام بممارسات العمل القياسية المعتمدة لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية والوصول إلى هدف عدم وجود إعادة عمل.

Material Submittal Engineer

Client Requirements and Proposal Development

Responsible for understanding client requirements, creating proposals and solutions, and working on pre-qualification & material submittals. Driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure high quality technical document preparation.

Technical Documentation Preparation

Preparation of technical submittals, technical letters, warranties, addressing consultants’ comments, etc.; and continuous update of licenses and certificates in the standard submittals template.

Data and Documentation Updates

Updating new datasheets, third party tests, test reports, and other relevant information necessary for the submittal. Continuous update of the shared engineering folder (project approvals, specifications, letters log, new ETAs, and datasheets, etc.).

Certification Renewals

Renewal of authorities certification like ADCE, DEWA, ADCO approvals, and vendors list whenever necessary.

Technical Support

Providing telephone technical support for clients requiring immediate attention.

تحديث أوراق البيانات الجديدة، اختبارات الطرف الثالث، تقارير الاختبار، وغيرها من المعلومات ذات الصلة اللازمة للتقديم. التحديث المستمر للمجلد الهندسي المشترك (الموافقات على المشاريع، المواصفات، سجل الرسائل، جداول مواعيد التسليم الجديدة، وأوراق البيانات، وغيرها).

تجديد الشهادات

تجديد شهادات الجهات المختصة مثل موافقات ADCE، DEWA، ADCO وقوائم الموردين عند الحاجة.

الدعم الفني

تقديم الدعم الفني الهاتفي للعملاء الذين يحتاجون إلى اهتمام فوري.
