Senior Specialist, Social Media and Digital
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Core Accountabilities
-
Report to the Manager of Social Media, taking a key role in managing multiple social media platforms, influencer partnerships, campaigns, media buying, and analytics.

Act as a deputy to the Manager, assuming leadership duties in their absence.

Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies aligned with EDGE’s brand voice and objectives.
Supporting Accountabilities
-
Assist in designing and implementing advanced social media campaigns across the Group.
-
Manage relationships with influencers and external partners to strengthen brand presence.
-
Develop and optimize media buying strategies to maximize campaign performance.
-
Create, curate, and publish innovative content across multiple platforms.
-
Monitor and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies based on performance insights.
-
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams for consistent brand messaging.
Experience and Education
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in social media, digital communications, or influencer engagement within a major organization or agency.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
Key Skills
-
Expertise in advanced content marketing and campaign management.
-
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
-
Proven track record in influencer engagement and paid media strategies.
-
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
-
Familiarity with platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

المهام الأساسية
-
الإشراف على إدارة المنصات الرقمية والتواصل الاجتماعي، وتنفيذ الحملات الكبرى، والتعامل مع المؤثرين وعمليات الشراء الإعلامي والتحليلات الرقمية.

القيام بمهام قيادية عند غياب مدير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
-
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبتكرة تعتمد على البيانات وتتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية لشركة EDGE.
المهام المساندة
-
المساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ الحملات المتقدمة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمجموعة.
-
إدارة العلاقات مع المؤثرين والشركاء الخارجيين لتعزيز الظهور الرقمي للعلامة التجارية.
-
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شراء الوسائط لزيادة كفاءة الحملات.
-
إنشاء وتحرير ونشر محتوى إبداعي عالي الجودة عبر المنصات الرقمية المختلفة.
-
متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحديث الخطط بناءً على النتائج.
-
التعاون مع فرق التسويق والاتصال لضمان اتساق الرسائل والعروض الترويجية.
الخبرة والمؤهلات
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال التواصل الاجتماعي أو الاتصالات الرقمية أو إدارة المؤثرين ضمن مؤسسة كبرى أو وكالة معروفة.

درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق الرقمي أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
-
خبرة عميقة في تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي المتقدمة.
-
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة المشاريع والحملات واسعة النطاق.
-
خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع المؤثرين وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة.
-
مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة.
-
إلمام شامل بمنصات التواصل مثل إنستغرام، لينكدإن، تويتر، فيسبوك، تيك توك، وبينترست.
