Key Responsibilities & Requirements

BIM Coordinator Construction Stage
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM coordination at the Construction stage (LOD 400 & LOD 500).

Hands-on experience in developing and delivering LOD 400 and LOD 500 models.
-
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC (mandatory), Revizto & Autodesk Civil 3D (preferable).
-
Experience in creating parametric Revit Families, Revit Templates, and Navisworks Clash Tests per client requirements.
-
Proficient in Dynamo for Revit (mandatory) and API (preferable); able to create Dynamo Scripts from scratch.
-
Proficient in 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration using Synchro / CostX.
-
Proficient in COBie and OpenBIM; experienced in preparing and exporting COBie spreadsheets.

Proficient in AR/VR applications.

Familiar with industry standards such as ISO 19650 or Dubai BIM mandates.

Storekeeper- Construction Site
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain proper inventory records (manual and/or computerized).
-
Issue materials based on approved Material Request Forms (MRF).

Ensure accurate labeling and safe storage of materials.
-
Assist in periodic stock-taking and physical inventory checks.

Monitor and report low stock levels to the Store Keeper.

Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams for incoming materials.
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Help maintain records of material transfers between sites if required.

Projects Manager - Civil
Key Responsibilities
-
Must be knowledgeable in Primavera (P6) scheduling software and its effective application on projects.
-
Develop fully cost and resource-loaded project baseline programs and planning deliverables in coordination with stakeholders according to contract requirements.
-
Prepare progress reports and meeting presentations, including program updates, KPI curves, S-curves, progress forecasts, tracking sheets, monitoring sheets, markups, and construction progress sequences.
-
Monitor and control project baseline programs.
-
Manage subcontractors and review their programmed works.
-
Attend meetings with clients and project teams as required.
-
Prepare updated, revised, recovery, time impact, or target programs for projects.
-
Draft contractual correspondences to clients, consultants, and subcontractors, including delay notices and claim notices.
-
Expert in developing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and reviewing subcontractor EOT claims.
-
Perform earned value analysis, KPI tracking, cost and resource reporting using Primavera P6.
Requirements

Minimum 15–25 years of experience, preferably in UAE.

Experience with villas and building projects as a main contractor.
