This role ensures an exceptional Guest Experience in a highly empowered environment. You will represent our brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless stay experience. Your goal is to turn every guest into a happy fan of our rooms and facilities by delighting them from check-in to check-out.

🌟 What You Will Need To Succeed

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or similar role in a 5-star hospitality setting.

• Minimum high school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5-star hospitality company.
