📍 About the Role
In this role, you will plan, direct, and supervise airport operations, overseeing team and service provider performance. Ensure financial, customer service, quality, safety, and security objectives are delivered in accordance with all applicable safety, security, regulatory, and company requirements and standards. Supervise all elements of operations while on duty.
📍 Accountabilities

Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to all arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company policy/procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for the effective management of safety and security outcomes on a shift basis through hazard identification, safety and compliance monitoring, and reporting.

Ensure all flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including but not limited to assessment, planning, and coordination of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests.

Support the Ground Product & Standards team through active coordination of audits, compliance monitoring, reporting, documentation, and vendor performance tracking to ensure global consistency of Etihad’s hub and ground service guest experience standards.

Conduct scheduled audits and compliance checks for ground product standards across hub and outstation airports.

Prepare and maintain audit reports, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions with responsible departments.

📍 The Role
As a First Officer with Etihad, you are a key part of the flight deck team, supporting the Captain in ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight. You are expected to demonstrate professionalism, technical skill, and strong teamwork while developing your leadership capability for future command.
📍 Responsibilities
