Expeditor- Local National

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Lead interactions between Vendors, Engineering, Project Management, QC, and the Production/Site Team throughout the entire Purchase Order execution phase.
Obtain all Purchase Order deliverables from vendors, from initial acknowledgment to final technical dossier approval.
Manage and coordinate weekly and monthly supplier progress reports, ensuring proper circulation within the Project Team.
Review and approve all shipping documents to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate the flow of shipping and commercial documentation, including documentary Letters of Credit.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks at all stages of the procurement expediting process.
Work independently while maintaining close communication with relevant stakeholders.
Interface with the PMT team, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Accounting to achieve procurement expediting performance objectives.
Monitor progressive payments and ensure adherence to contractual milestones.
Evaluate and record vendor performance through a KPI system.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and contractual procedures.
Comprehensive understanding of compression services and business operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to improve work processes.
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or International Business.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Field Operator II

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Execute plant shutdown and startup operations in accordance with established procedures and supervisor instructions.
Pressurize and depressurize equipment and pipelines as required by operational needs.
Continuously monitor plant parameters, identify abnormalities, and promptly inform the control room operator when corrective actions are needed.
Respond effectively to plant emergencies following the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) procedures.
Inspect and review pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges of all equipment, reporting any irregularities to the control room.
Take and analyze gauge readings to detect and troubleshoot operational issues.
Identify potential hazards, take immediate corrective action when possible, and report all occurrences to the control room.
Serve as the Area Authority within the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring proper isolation during routine or breakdown maintenance activities.
Check and maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and consumables, ensuring they meet operational targets and are replenished as needed.
Prepare, complete, and submit all necessary production operation reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Participate actively in QHSE programs, orientations, and training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and safety standards.
Perform all isolation activities for process equipment, pipelines, and vessels, preparing required certificates, permits, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to ensure safe work execution.
Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, and HSE policies, as well as company processes, work instructions, and guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with OEM recommendations while coordinating all activities with team members.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment, including inspections, testing, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems, instruments, PLCs, analyzers, and gas chromatographs.
Support failure analysis, provide management feedback, and prepare reports and documentation as required.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as loop testing, megger tests, PLC programming, and instrument calibrations as directed.
Monitor and record electrical and instrumentation parameters daily, ensuring accurate data for operational analysis.
Identify required spare parts, tools, and manage inventory through CMMS/SAP systems.
Create and update work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate information flow to planners and maintenance teams.
Participate in reviews of operational and maintenance procedures, contributing to discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections and frontline maintenance tasks.
Read and interpret electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and process diagrams, including blueprints, loop drawings, and P&IDs.
Support root cause analysis for recurring issues and system failures.
Report plant abnormalities promptly to the manager/supervisor and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, and HSE policies, along with company procedures, processes, and work instructions.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in industrial engine and compressor overhauls, commissioning, and upgrades, particularly for Caterpillar, Waukesha, Ariel, Superior, and Dresser Rand equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of generators, engines, flowmeters, breakers, switchgear, control valves, PLCs, chromatographs, regulators, and ignition systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze information effectively.
Proficient in CMMS (SAP) systems and technical reporting.
Solid understanding of maintenance management systems, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
