Available Position

Technician – IRATA Level 1

Interview Dates: 14th – 17th October 2025

Time: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners

• Experience working under projects

• Minimum 1-year experience in façade cleaning using rope access

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory IRATA Level 1 certification

• Perform façade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques in accordance with safety and quality standards

• Assist in setup and dismantling of rope access systems, including anchoring and rigging under supervision

• Carry out high-level cleaning of building exteriors, signage, skylights, curtain walls, and canopies

• Follow work instructions from Level 3 Rope Access Technicians and Supervisors

• Conduct daily pre-use inspection of PPE and rope access gear

• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals

• Maintain housekeeping of equipment and worksite

• Report safety incidents, hazards, or defects immediately in compliance with IRATA Code of Practice and company HSE policies

• Assist with ground-level tasks and logistics when not on rope
