🎯 Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this role, you will support the management of retail and commercial properties, ensure tenant compliance, and help maintain high standards of service integration and regulatory adherence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations in the commercial portfolio, including technical inspections, contractor supervision, and compliance with safety and risk management standards.
Review MEP drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and other technical documentation.
Assist in integrating tenant services with base-building services, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support tenants in adhering to company guidelines and submitting approved drawings and authority permits.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, attend project kick-off meetings, and carry out move-in/move-out inspections.

🎯 Job Purpose

To ensure high-quality unit delivery by managing snagging, de-snagging, and the Defects Liability Period (DLP). This role includes overseeing inspections, coordinating with contractors, and supporting customer handovers. The goal is to ensure units are delivered in excellent condition and meet Bloom’s standards. Additional duties include reporting, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough snagging and de-snagging inspections to ensure all contractor issues are resolved.
Ensure finishing quality aligns with company standards and benchmarks.
Follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of de-snagging work.
Escalate any delays or issues to the Head of Handover when necessary.
Track inspection processes throughout the quality assurance cycle, from initiation to completion.

Senior Manager Procurement

🎯 Job Purpose

Lead the procurement function on designated tenders and ensure that sourcing processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Maintain the master list of pre-qualified consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prequalify new entities for inclusion in the approved vendor list.
Assist in maintaining a procurement department plan for ongoing and upcoming tenders.
Collaborate with relevant departments to establish tender lists for consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare or review RFPs and tender documents before release to the market.
Respond to bidder queries in coordination with other departments prior to bid opening.
Analyze bid submissions, noting qualifications, exclusions, and normalization requirements.
Conduct ethical and professional negotiations with bidders after submission.
Prepare, compile, and issue post-tender clarifications.
Draft internal recommendations for shortlisting or awarding contracts.
