منسق أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والصرف الصحي (MEP Coordinator)

🎯 المسؤوليات الأساسية

تنسيق والإشراف على تركيب جميع أنظمة MEP
(الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، السباكة، أنظمة الحريق، التكييف، وغيرها).
التعاون مع الفرق الهندسية
من معماريين، مهندسين إنشائيين، استشاريين، ومقاولين لضمان تنفيذ التصميم كما هو مخطط.
مراجعة الرسومات والمخططات
تحليل رسومات التصميم والتنفيذ، والمواصفات الفنية لاكتشاف أي تعارضات.
عقد الاجتماعات الفنية
مع المقاولين والاستشاريين لحل المشكلات الفنية وتوجيه سير العمل.
إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية
بما يضمن توافق أعمال MEP مع البرنامج الزمني العام للمشروع.
متابعة التنفيذ في الموقع
لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والبيئة.

MEP Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the installation of all MEP systems
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, etc.).
Collaborate with engineering teams
including architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is achieved.

Review drawings and specifications
to identify discrepancies or potential clashes in MEP designs.
Conduct technical meetings
with subcontractors and consultants to resolve issues and provide technical direction.
Prepare and manage MEP schedules
in alignment with the overall construction program.
Monitor site execution
to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

🎓 Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
