Process Engineer(UAE National)
Position Purpose
The role involves supporting process engineering activities across various project phases, ensuring design integrity, compliance with standards, and efficient performance of process systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and heat and material balances (H&MB).
Perform process simulations, calculations, and equipment sizing for pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, and separators.
Ensure all designs comply with client specifications, industry codes, and safety regulations.
Prepare process datasheets for equipment and instrumentation.
Participate in feasibility studies, conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering stages.
Review vendor documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Support safety reviews such as HAZOP and SIL assessments.
Assist in commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.
2–3 years of experience in process design, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO-II, or UniSim.
Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, NFPA).
Excellent analytical and technical reporting abilities.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Position Overview
The Lead Piping Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality piping design and engineering services for projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and refinery sectors. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and facilitate internal design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop Plot Plans, Piping General Arrangement drawings, sections, and detailed pipe support drawings independently.
Prepare piping isometrics and material take-off lists accurately.
Review and check all types of piping drawings to maintain design integrity.
Use advanced 3D modeling software tools such as AutoCAD, CADWorx, E3D, or SP3D for layout design and clash detection.
Collaborate with engineers and designers from other disciplines to ensure design consistency.
Deliver assigned work on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Piping, or Petroleum Engineering from a recognized institution.
5–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or refinery industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Strong understanding of international codes and standards such as API, ANSI, and ASME.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with engineering design tools like MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Experience with SmartPlant SP3D and AVEVA E3D is a strong advantage.

Position Overview
This role involves conducting occupational hygiene assessments and exposure monitoring to ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate will support senior hygienists, perform field monitoring, and contribute to risk assessment and control strategies.
Key Qualifications
Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) / B.Sc. in Fire Safety / Diploma in Industrial Safety / PDIS.
Applicants with bachelor’s or diploma qualifications must have completed at least 1–2 BOHS or OHTA modules.
Certifications
BOHS or OHTA modules are preferred for all applicants and mandatory for those without a Master’s in Industrial Hygiene.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Industrial Hygiene monitoring equipment (noise dosimeters, sound level meters, pumps, detectors, etc.).
Expertise in exposure monitoring, occupational health risk assessments, and control measures.
Excellent analytical and technical report writing skills.
Previous experience in consultancy is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits (minimum of 10 days per month) to perform exposure monitoring and on-site assessments.
Assist senior hygienists in performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
Carry out monitoring for noise, chemicals, dust, and other occupational hazards.
Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend appropriate control measures.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and client-specific requirements.
