Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Check and approve all completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
Diagnose complex issues and guide technicians when needed.
Maintain workshop tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and calibration.
Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
Coordinate with other departments (parts, service, logistics) for smooth operations.
Maintain records of repair orders, service reports, and warranty claims.
Monitor team performance and report key workshop metrics.
Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an automotive workshop, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience with premium or luxury vehicles preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preference to Arabic speakers.

مشرف ورشة – السيارات | دوام كامل، الإمارات

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف وإدارة العمليات اليومية للورشة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
توزيع الأعمال على الفنيين ومتابعة تقدمها لضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المحدد.
فحص واعتماد جميع الأعمال المكتملة قبل تسليم السيارات.
تشخيص المشكلات المعقدة وتوجيه الفنيين عند الحاجة.
الحفاظ على أدوات ومعدات الورشة وضمان استخدامها ومعايرتها بشكل صحيح.
الحفاظ على نظافة الورشة وسلامتها وتنظيمها.
التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (قطع الغيار، الخدمة، اللوجستيات) لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
الحفاظ على سجلات أوامر الإصلاح، تقارير الخدمة، ومطالبات الضمان.
متابعة أداء الفريق وتقديم تقارير عن مؤشرات الورشة الرئيسية.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة في جميع الأوقات.

المتطلبات

دبلوم أو درجة علمية في الهندسة السياراتية أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة 4–5 سنوات في ورشة سيارات، مع 2–3 سنوات في دور إشرافي.
خبرة مع السيارات الفاخرة أو المميزة يفضل.
معرفة تقنية قوية في التشخيص، الإصلاح، والصيانة.
مهارات قوية في القيادة، التواصل، وحل المشكلات.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
يُفضل متحدثي العربية.

Logistics Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle customs and freezone documentation when required.
Maintain and update logistics records using ERP systems.
Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
Support daily operational activities in the logistics department.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or operations.
Knowledge of Customs & Freezone work procedures (advantage).
UAE Driving License preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (mandatory).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Yard / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the yard/warehouse, including vehicle handling, parking, loading, and unloading.
Oversee vehicle inspections, documentation, and proper storage in compliance with company and port/yard regulations.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for import/export schedules, container loading, and delivery planning.
Maintain inventory records, track vehicle movement, and update systems accurately.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the yard/warehouse at all times.
Monitor staff performance, allocate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
Handle any damages, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly and report to management.
Implement company policies, health & safety measures, and security protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Yard Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar automotive/logistics role.
Strong knowledge of car export/import processes and warehouse operations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic warehouse/ERP systems preferred.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
