Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, labour, and time costs.

Analyze subcontractor proposals for rates and man-hours.

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for technical and commercial coordination.

Perform quantum calculations and verify subcontractor claims and variations.

Review and validate Subcontractor Progress Payment Certificates, ensuring proper application of unit prices and compliance with contractual measurement methods.

Maintain clear and accurate records to support the resolution of contractual disputes.

📝 Job Description
-
Prepare Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Project Team for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning phases of the EPC project.

Assist the Project Controls Manager at project start in preparing all reports and registers to ensure implementation of procedures related to:
-
Control of Planning & Scheduling
-
Progress Measurement
-
Reporting
-
-
Review project schedule updates done by the planner and liaise with different project teams to maintain accurate progress recording and schedule monitoring.
-
In coordination with the Project Controls Manager, alert Project Management of any deviations or delays from the approved plan.

مراجعة تحديثات الجدول الزمني التي يقوم بها المخطط والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع المختلفة لضمان تسجيل ومراقبة التقدم بشكل دقيق.

بالتنسيق مع مدير مراقبة المشروع، تنبيه إدارة المشروع بأي انحرافات أو تأخيرات عن الخطة المعتمدة.
