1. HR Compensation & Benefits Officer / Assistant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (Partially on-site)
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

• Support HR management in developing compensation strategies aligned with company policies.

• Handle payroll analysis, job grading, and benefits administration.
