Role Purpose:
The Assistant Manager – Training is responsible for identifying training needs, developing content, and delivering HSE training programs across projects and departments. The incumbent will assist the Assistant Manager as part of the audit team in conducting QA/QC checks, audits, and assessments at assigned project sites for MEP works. The role ensures compliance with Sobha’s quality management standards and verifies that correct construction practices are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks to ensure that MEP works comply with approved Method Statements, ITPs, drawings, and specifications.

• Carry out audits and assessments, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), classify them as major or minor, and monitor their closure.

• Review the calibration status of test equipment used on the project to ensure proper calibration before use during audits.
